Protecting your boss69 account is a shared responsibility. Here are the best practices we recommend to all members.
Use a Unique Password — Don't use the same password as other platforms. Your boss69 password should be unique, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
Activate 2FA Verification — Go to your account settings and enable two-factor authentication. This means that even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to log in without the OTP code.
Avoid Public WiFi — Do not log in to your boss69 account over unsecured public WiFi such as at cafes or shopping malls. Use your mobile data or a trusted VPN.
Log Out When Done — Always log out of your account after playing, especially when using a shared device. Never leave your account open and unattended.
Don't Save Your Password on Other People's Devices — If you must use another device, make sure you do not save the password and log out properly when done.
Update Your Password Regularly — Change your password every 3 to 6 months as a precaution. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change it immediately and contact support.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and contact boss69 customer support via live chat. Our team will investigate and take the necessary protective measures promptly.

Many Malaysian players access their boss69 account multiple times a day — before work, during lunch breaks, or in the evening after daily activities. The boss69 platform is built to ensure every login session is fast, secure, and hassle-free.
If this is your first time logging in from a new device, the boss69 security system may send a verification code to your phone number as an added security measure. This is a standard process and takes no more than 30 seconds. This step ensures that only you — the legitimate account owner — can access the account from an unrecognized device.
For boss69 mobile app users, you can enable biometric login — either fingerprint or face recognition — for a faster and more secure experience. This feature is available on Android 6.0 and above and iOS 12 and above, and can be activated in the app settings after a single login using your regular password.
One thing we notice many Malaysian players getting wrong is using passwords that are too easy to guess — such as their date of birth or their own phone number. boss69 recommends using a password of at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. If you find it hard to remember complex passwords, consider using a trusted password manager.
Forgotten your password? Don't panic. The boss69 password recovery process is done through your registered phone number. A verification code will be sent and you can set a new password within minutes. This process is completely secure and does not require you to reveal your old password to anyone, including our support team.
For boss69 VIP members with a personal agent, you also have a priority support channel that allows any login issues to be resolved faster. Contact your VIP agent directly via Telegram or through the in-app VIP support channel.
